As a Project Manager you manage different teams and all client &internal related projects for two sites in Nijmegen. You will be a part of the Management Team. Our clients are mainly active in the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and various other Healthcare sub-sectors. The Decision Making Unit of our clients are primarily located in Benelux, Switzerland, UK & Ireland, the United States.
Which responsibilities belong to this position?
Responsible for managing three teams, Engineering, Local IT & Performance Reporting;
Improve strategic planning and ability to manage change;
Support the development of the strategy and deploy strategic initiatives;
Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of small to large / complex projects;
Own and set the budget and performance against the business case;
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with clear communication and feedback to ensure project efforts meet customer expectations;
Control risks and mitigation plans;
Promote and support changes for continuous improvement;
Varied tasks with great responsibilities.

What you can offer us:
A Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in a logistics or business administration field;
A minimum of 3 years of project experience within a Supply Chain environment or in more complex services;
Knowledge of Life Sciences and Healthcare industry/operations would be an asset;
Project Management Tools & Methodologies for example DEPICT, Prince2, Lean Management;
A communicator that can prioritize and manage expectations internally and externally;
Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English;
Fulltime availability and preferably living in the vicinity of Nijmegen.
