- Support recruiting Managers in all
three countries throughout the process from arranging and conducting verbal
brief, agreeing telephone questions and sourcing methods at interview
- Identify suitable candidate pools
and sourcing channels
- Maintain appropriate levels of
contact and communication with candidates during the recruitment process which
support DHL'S 'EMPLOYER OF CHOICE' status irrespective of final outcome.
- Develop and maintain effective
working relationships along with providing recruitment and selection advice to
Hiring Manager and HRBP in all 3 countries in line with the resourcing strategy.
- Provide support and arrange
/facilitate online assessment if required.
- Review vacancy response frequently
and update Hiring Managers and HRBP on progress in all 3 countries.
- Support with collating referencing
once converted to employee.
- Excellent organizational and
- Excellent planning skills and
ability to co-ordinate own work load.
- Have a methodical and organized
approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritize tasks.
- The successful applicant will
ideally be able to quickly respond effectively to changing demands
