Core Activities

We would like to hire a International recruiter dedicated to Gerlach (customs within DHL) for 3 countries: UK, Netherlands and Belgium. So a role where you recruit in person but also via video calling. We will give you all the right tools and accesses.

Through effective and efficient candidate attraction you are the one that in cooperation with hiring managers and HR business Partners make sure that we have those new colleagues.

Core Tasks

  • Support recruiting Managers in all three countries throughout the process from arranging and conducting verbal brief, agreeing telephone questions and sourcing methods at interview assessment.
  • Identify suitable candidate pools and sourcing channels
  • Maintain appropriate levels of contact and communication with candidates during the recruitment process which support DHL'S 'EMPLOYER OF CHOICE' status irrespective of final outcome.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships along with providing recruitment and selection advice to Hiring Manager and HRBP in all 3 countries in line with the resourcing strategy.
  • Provide support and arrange /facilitate online assessment if required.
  • Review vacancy response frequently and update Hiring Managers and HRBP on progress in all 3 countries.
  • Support with collating referencing once converted to employee.

  • Excellent planning skills and ability to co-ordinate own work load.
  • Have a methodical and organized approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritize tasks.
  • The successful applicant will ideally be able to quickly respond effectively to changing demands
  • Motivated to drive efficient processes and maintain accurate information.
